Your exchange will usually be processed within 15 days to a month. Please understand our products are thrifted, and 100% are imported from foreign countries. Availability of the exact product is not guaranteed. We offer similar products for exchange. We’ll send you an exchange Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.
