Returns and Exchange Policy

At ThriftKart.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We carelessly curate and inspect our vintage and thrift items to ensure they meet our high standards. However, we understand that issues may arise sometimes. Please read our Return Policy carefully to understand how returns and exchanges are handled.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only under rare conditions, specifically if the item received is defective.
  • To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

2. Condition for Return

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Defects must be reported immediately upon discovery.

3. Required Documentation

  • To process your return, we require proof of the defect. This includes:
    • A video of the unpacking process shows the item as it has been removed from its original packaging.
    • Screenshots or photos clearly show the defect in the item.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your item. Provide a detailed description of the defect and the required video and images.
  • Our team will review your submission and, if approved, provide you with return instructions.

5. Exchange Process

  • If your return is approved, we offer an exchange for the returned item.
  • You may choose a different item of equal or lesser value from our store as a replacement.
  • If the item you choose is of lesser value, we will issue store credit for the difference in 3 to 5 business days.
  • If the item you want is out of stock, you may choose another item or wait for new stock to arrive.
  • Please note that we currently do not offer refunds. We only offer exchanges for returned items.
  • Once you have selected the alternate item in exchange for a return, we will deliver it within 7-10 business days except for holidays.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Return Shipping

  1. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
  2. You must return the item to us within [3] days of receiving the return label.
  3. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to the nature of vintage and thrift items, we do not accept returns for reasons other than defects.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery are not eligible for return.
